  • 2. 我们提供的技术支持范围仅局限于开发板的功能范围,我们服务的主要目的是帮助您将产品功能正常地运行起来,在这之外的其他技术问题,可相互之间进行交流,我们很乐意与用户互动交流彼此在产品软、硬件研发过程中的经验和教训。
  • 3. 技术支持方式(从最常用到最不常用排序): Wiki、Forum、Email、MSN、QQ技术群客户寻求Support一般是先在Wiki上自行寻找答案,如果有困惑请到Forum里提问我们一般一个工作日内有专人回复;后二种方式因为不具开放性和共享性,我们不推荐客户使用。

Do we get any technical support if we purchase your products?
 
Answer
All of our products are directly supported by Techor. We provide free support for problems/bugs concerning our hardware and images. We usually reply our customers' e-mail in 24 hours or give instant support from our live support in our web page. If you require general Linux or WinCE or tools support or engineering regarding your own hardware and/or image/application. Techor will give you support when our resource is available.
We mainly depend on Wiki: http://openembed.org/wiki  and Forum http://openembed.org/forum to provide technical support.
